Newmarket
Yesterday-Sunday-I went for a walk alone. Martin and James were on their own, to explore a new place. I think sometimes they need to do something the two of them alone, so I've been at home. But a little 'I'm sorry, saw the bright sun and then I knew it was snowing today (actually it snowed a little and the sun came back out). So, well covered to face the wind weird, I went to Heron's Point, here in Newmarket.
The river lamprey is still frozen and snow-white, here seen from the condos ...
The path to Heron's point was very slippery ...
I looked a bit 'from the bank benches in the small nature reserve. Brrr ...
a glimpse of some 'green, also because of the wind that stirs everything. And how many squirrels and acorns open here! In short, an hour in freedom was worth it.
