SALAD WITH Celeriac
Good evening to all,
Today I propose an unusual salad that brings with it the flavors of northern Europe.
I met with my mother in Switzerland. This dish has become part of our Christmas Eve, because the Swiss tradition has it that you eat for Dec. 24 million sandwiches each made differently, the important thing is that there is a layer of butter at least two inches below the top various condiments! One of them is with celeriac, apple asprognolo enriched by the sweet taste and crunchy walnuts autumn.
Ingredients
a celeriac
a jar of yogurt
walnuts will
apples
mayonnaise
salt
Peel the celery root, do it in pieces and chop it with a frullatutto (Make use of grating or otherwise but it is a job long enough). Peel the apples and make them into small pieces. Lasciatene shelled walnuts and some in half, break it so that the other fragment.
Now take a bowl and mix all these ingredients, then add the yogurt, salt and a bit 'of mayonnaise.
Decorate with nuts that you left in half.
