Yesterday I made a cake on the fly, using only the ingredients I had at home.
The case (or fortunately?) Wanted to say that notassi two very ripe pears, and a bar of dark chocolate, and so that I could think of the opportunity to cook a nice chocolate cake and pears. The recipe is very similar to that of chocolate cake that you find in the blog, but there are some small variations due to the situation (ie the absence of ingredients).
I melted 80 g of butter in a pan, I mixed in a large bowl with 2 eggs and 180 g of white sugar. Then I added a and a half tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa already and 50 g chopped almonds. I've peeled pears and cut into cubes and I added to the mixture.
Then I took the bar of dark chocolate and I made it into small pieces, mixing it with the rest of ingredienti.Ho added 80 g of flour and a cup of milk. Finally I mixed by adding one packet of yeast. I baked for one hour at 180 ° C in the preheated oven. I made the cake cool and I took her to my friends house to celebrate their birthday! (They had prepared some excellent lasagna!)
